When I say that this book changed me forever, I really mean it. It was my introduction to the world of charting my fertility and, although I always recommend linking in with an instructor if you’re trying to avoid pregnancy, this book is a great introduction to the world of fertility awareness. I recommend it to pretty much everyone.
