Products on the general subject of female health and wellbeing have always been of interest to me. Having tried several new products recently, I wanted to take a moment to quickly summarise them all in one place.
In this post:
WUKA Period Pants
Despite being a cloth pad business owner for the last 5 years, for some reason, I’d never tried period pants! A few weeks ago, WUKA reached out to me and very kindly offered to send me some of their pants to try. I wrote about my full experience here but in short, I really enjoyed using them and am planning on using them in rotation with my other reusable menstrual products going forwards.

BeYou Supplements
BeYou kindly gifted me a bottle of both their Monthly Support and Night Time Support supplements recently. I’m someone who has always used vitamins and supplements from a young age so I was really excited to try something new. The supplements are vegan, cruelty-free and non-GMO. They are also gluten-free and made in the UK. BeYou’s website also clearly explains the benefits of each of the ingredients in the supplements so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Overall, I’ve felt more in balance hormonally since using the Monthly Support and I definitely find that I sleep better after using the Night Time Support supplements.
As always, it’s advisable to speak with a suitably qualified professional before starting new supplements but if you want to give these a go, use code SARAHC for a discount on BeYou’s online store.
Daye CBD Balm
I work out often and with that, comes aching muscles. To date, I’ve tried a few different CBD balms and creams but found that they either didn’t really work or that the smell was so overpowering that it was offputting to use regularly. Considering I already use and trust Daye products (their tampons and ProViotics), I decided to take the leap and try their CBD balm. I’m really glad that I did!
The balm has a very light scent that wouldn’t be noticeable through clothing if you wanted to wear it during the daytime. I also find that it has a definite soothing effect after application which I haven’t often experienced with other brands.
If you’re interested in trying this balm, use code ambSARAHC on Daye’s website for a discount.

Proov Test
Proov test has been on my radar for a long time. Being a FAM instructor and long-term user of the symptothermal method has meant I take an active interest in new products that may be helpful to the community as a whole. Proov reached out to me to ask whether I’d like to try one of their Confirm kits and I, of course, gratefully accepted. After using the kit, I was happy to see that my ovulation quality for the cycle tested was of a good level. You can read my full review here or explore their products here.
Have you tried anything new recently? Are you excited about anything in the female wellness space? Let me know in the comments!
